The winter was the coldest since 2020-2021. 12.20" of rain fell December-February in Atlanta. The average rainfall is 13.71". over 8" of rain has fallen since January 1st/ The lowest temperature at the airport was 14 but many areas outside of Atlanta had the lowest temperatures of winter in the single digits. The winter as a whole will go down as a slightly above average winter mainly do the overall warm weather we had in February. January of course was quite cold and below average even well below average at times.
