Tropical Storm Cristobal could bring 3 to 5 feet of storm surge to MS and LA.

Parts of Mississippi and Louisiana could see between 3 and 5 feet of storm surge see the map below for more information. STORM SURGE WARNINGS and TROPICAL STORM WARNINGS have been issued. Cristobal will make landfall Sunday or Monday in Louisiana but impacts will extend WELL East of the Center of the storm and the cone. Damaging winds, flooding, storm surge, some wind gusts between 50 and 70 mph are possible, and Tornadoes are all possible. 2 to 4 feet of storm surge for much of the rest of the gulf coast.
