TROPICAL STORM ARTHUR: Tropical Storm Arthur has formed tonight (May 16th) off the coast of Florida. It currently has 40 mph winds. This is the first storm of the 2020 Atlantic Hurricane Season it is expected to strengthen a bit Sunday and Monday. This is the 6th year in a row with a named storm prior to the official start of hurricane season (June 1st). It will impact North Carolina the most.
