Atlanta and much of the deep south could break records Friday afternoon as temperatures soar into the middle and upper 80's! Some areas south of I-20 could be closer to 90. I’m forecasting 87 for the high Friday and if we reach 87 it will break the old record of 86 set back in 1994! Saturday we will likely fall just short of the record high of 85 set back in 1907.
