Severe Weather possible this week from Texas to the Carolinas and parts of the upper midwest.

Tuesday-early Wednesday severe weather is very likely across parts of Texas and Oklahoma. Severe weather is likely across much of Arkansas, Missouri, parts of Illinois, Iowa, and Louisiana. Severe weather is possible across parts of Mississippi, Nebraska, Southern Wisconsin, Kansas, southern Minnesota, and Western Indiana. Damaging winds 60 to 80 mph are possible across parts of Oklahoma and Texas, LARGE HAIL, and tornadoes are also possible. The most favorable environment for tornadoes will be across Eastern Oklahoma, parts of north and northeast Texas, and western Arkansas but tornadoes and severe weather are possible anywhere in the shaded areas. Wednesday-Wednesday night the threat shifts east mainly for damaging winds straight-line damaging winds are the main threat Wednesday but some isolated tornadoes are possible and localized flooding. Wednesday the main risk will be across Georgia, Alabama, northern Florida, and the Carolinas. Thursday Florida and the eastern parts of North Carolina and South Carolina are at risk for some severe weather.
