The Atlantic 2020 Hurricane Season sure has been an active one thus far especially in terms of named tropical storms. There have been 7 named storms. Cristobal was the earliest 3rd named storm on record. Dolly was the 2nd earliest 4 named storm. Edouard was the earliest 5 named storm on record. Fay was the earliest 6th named storm on record and Gonzalo was the earliest 7th named storm on record. Gonzalo will impact the Caribbean and the Windward islands it is forecast to become the first hurricane of the 2020 Atlantic Hurricane Season. Soon the 8th storm will be named Hanna which will impact southern and southeast Texas as a Tropical Storm and a big rain maker.
