Recap of the severe weather event in the northeastern US and mid-west. PA and NJ hit hard.

July was a busy month for severe weather across Pennsylvania and especially July 29th. Several tornadoes hit the northeastern United States including several in Pennsylvania and some in New York and New Jersey. Wisconsin also had some tornadoes Wednesday July 28th and severe storms that brought damaging wind gusts. Illinois and Indiana also had some storms with damaging wind gusts. The strongest tornado to hit Pennsylvania on Thursday was an EF-3 with 140 mph winds.
