Recap of Severe Weather and storms (March 2021)

It has been a busy March of severe weather especially across parts of the deep south especially Alabama. On Wednesday 3/17 several tornadoes and damaging storms hit Alabama. On Thursday 3/25 more tornadoes hit the south especially parts of Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia including the EF-2 tornado in Franklin Georgia and the massive EF-4 tornado in Newnan Georgia with winds up to 170mph. More severe weather also took place 3/27 and 3/28 across parts of the south and major flooding in parts of Tennessee.
