Recap of Sally and the historic flooding in parts of the south and along the Gulf Coast.

Hurricane Sally made landfall early Wednesday morning near Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama bringing torrential heavy rainfall, flooding, and strong Winds. Sally made landfall as a category 2 Hurricane with winds over 100 mph. The storm brought flooding to much of Coastal and South Alabama, and parts of Georgia. Some areas along the Gulf Coast in Florida and Alabama had OVER 2 FEET of rain. River flooding will be a major concern within the next week.
