Over 73% of the United States is covered in snow right now.


Over 73% of the United States is covered in snow the most in several years. Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama even has snow. Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas has all had several snow storms over the past few months. Much of the Lower 48 was colder than Anchorage Alaska on Tuesday. Many record lows were broken across the deep south. Parts of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kentucky dropped below zero! North and West Georgia had a trace of snow in many areas Tuesday but the official snow drought continues the last widespread snow in Georgia 1" or more was in January 2018.
