A major winter storm will impact the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Wednesday and Thursday snowfall rates between 2 and 3" per hour are possible. Power outages will be possible and coastal flooding. Pennsylvania, New York, parts of Maryland, West Virginia, Massachusetts and Connecticut could get hit very hard. NYC, Philadelphia, Boston, Albany and Washington DC will all have impacts. Some areas in Pennsylvania could see up to 2 feet of snow. Many northeastern cities will get more snow out of this one storm than the entire winter season last year!
