Severe Weather is most likely in the south in the Spring but it is possible really anywhere in the Eastern US in the Spring. It is most likely in March and April in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, Louisiana, Arkansas, parts of Missouri, Texas and Oklahoma. March and April are similar in terms of risk areas. The risk expands in April to include more states. In May the greatest tornado risk shifts to Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, parts of Iowa, South Dakota and Missouri.
