Major threat of power outages in parts of Louisiana and eastern Texas due to Laura.

Since Laura is expected to become a major Hurricane (cat. 3) with winds around 115 mph power outages will be a major issue in much of Louisiana and eastern Texas late Wednesday and Thursday.
