LUNAR ECLIPSE NOV. 19TH

LUNAR ECLIPSE EARLY FRIDAY MORNING: There will be an Almost Total Lunar Eclipse early Friday morning. A partial Eclipse will begin around 2am Eastern time 1am Central time. The moon will begin to have a reddish-orange color around that time. The peak is just after 4am that is the best time to see it. Look to the western sky. The moon will be 99.1% covered by the Earth's shadow. In Georgia and Alabama The skies will be mostly clear for viewing we will have a few clouds lingering high up but overall viewing conditions should be pretty good. I expect temperatures to be in the upper 30's to low 40's for much of the area with some low and middle 30's across North Georgia and northern Alabama.
