A Lunar Eclipse will occur Sunday night May 15th and into the early morning hours of Monday morning May 16th. The partial Eclipse will begin around 11pm eastern time 10 pm central time and the Totality will begin right around 11:30pm eastern time 10:30pm central time. The Greatest Eclipse will occur shortly after Midnight around 12:11am eastern time and 11:11pm central time. The moon will appear 7% larger. This is the first Eclipse in the lower 48 since 2019 and the next Eclipse will be in November 2022.
