Isaias recap

Hurricane Isaias pounded parts of eastern South Carolina and Eastern North Carolina. Tropical Storm Isaias pounded parts of the Mid-Atlantic and much of the Northeast including Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. 35 tornadoes touched down during Isaias. 1 EF-3, 6 EF-2'S, 17 EF-1'S, 11 EF-0'S. TORNADOES BY STATE: 12 in North Carolina, 8 in Maryland, 7 in Virginia, 2 in Delaware, 2 in Pennsylvania, 2 in New Jersey, 1 in South Carolina and 1 in Connecticut. The 29.2 mile tornado path across Kent and New Castle counties in Delaware is the longest tornado track ever recorded in Delaware state history. Isaias brought flooding to parts of North Carolina, the Grand Strand in South Carolina, parts of Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. Some areas had 6 to 12" of rainfall. Isaias caused thousands of power outages some are still without power as a result of the storm.
