HURRICANE FIONA brings heavy rainfall and catastrophic flooding to Puerto Rico.

The biggest threat with Fiona has been the rainfall so far and significant flooding in Puerto Rico. Some places could get between 15 and 30" of rainfall. Mudslides are likely. As of Sunday 9/18 all of Puerto Rico was without power.
