40.8% of the United States has snow on the ground! The most recent snow has fallen across parts of the Rockies, the Mid-Atlantic, the southern plains and northeast. Oklahoma and Kansas has had several snow storms. Oklahoma City has had more snow than Chicago so far. New York City and Philadelphia has now had more snow out of this one storm this week than all of the last winter season.
