Heavy rainfall and localized flooding will be the biggest threat from this tropical system even areas well inland will have the potential for flooding especially parts of south and central Alabama, eastern Alabama and parts of North and central Georgia and especially western and central Georgia and even parts of South Carolina and western North Carolina.
