2022-2023 Snowfall and departure from average. The haves and the have nots.

Much of the eastern United States and southeast had a lack of snowfall this winter but the western United States has had above average snowfall. There have been many western United States winter storms. Snow in the southeast has been very hard to come by. There have been no major winter storms in Georgia and Alabama.
